Hi friend, happy Monday.
Why is Elon Musk getting the outcomes he gets in life?
Why is Donald Trump getting the outcomes he gets?
Why are you getting yours?
You will have noticed trends in your life.
The same types of conversations, situations & friendships all seem to show up regularly.
It’s likely they all have a common theme. Some unifying characteristic which gives them all a similar flavour.
Maybe your relationships always finish bitterly.
Perhaps negotiations at work usually end up with you getting your own way.
Maybe you seem to have less luck than everyone around you.
“Wherever you go, there you’ll be”
The only constant in your experiences – is yourself.
You are the common denominator in your life.
Which of these is more likely?
That all your exes just happened to be the same kind of crazy?
Or that there’s something in YOU which is attracting that crazy?
That all your bosses at work are agreeable?
Or that YOU are an effective negotiator?
That all your friends more lucky than you?
Or that YOU are not doing the things which causes luck to manifest?
You are the common denominator.
Take radical responsibility of everything that happens.
Embrace the good and the suck as YOURS to bear.
There is power in that.
This week’s upcoming episodes:

THINGS I’VE LEARNED
More women had children over the age of 40 than under the age of 20 last year.
For more on this – listen to last week’s podcast episode with Andrew Scott.
Many of the things which annoy me most about other people is because deep down I know I have that characteristic.
Projection is a hell of a drug.
There is no male archetype for a guy in his 30’s who is single by choice but looking to start a family.
“The Doting Single Woman” exists, but there’s no equivalent for men.
I now find young children cute.
They’re not as good as dogs, but they’re not as bad as they used to be.
Genetic predisposition kicking in HARD at 32.
Use scissors for everything in the kitchen.
If you’re still cutting chicken breasts, mince, even vegetables with a knife. Get on this level.
Spend £10 on a sharp pair of Kitchen Scissorsand never need a chopping board again.
Bonus points for managing to cut hugely oversized foods like Watermelons.
There it is! Your existence improved in less than 3 minutes.
Big love fam,
